My love for food has taken me on a journey full of satisfaction. I've explored many diets, cooking techniques and styles. Most importantly, my journey has helped me to understand the power of food to building a strong, healthy body.
At some point in our modern times, we lost our path. Eating well is not a priority anymore. We look for cheap, quick fixes, get horrified with organic food prices, cooking at home is a forgotten practice, and natural fresh food is not enjoyable anymore, thus giving enough space to big corporations to fill our kitchens with processed, unhealthy food.
My practice is the product of twenty six years of exploration and own healing. I've tried macrobiotics, vegetarian, vegan, and raw diets as the way to find the best foods and combinations of food to get my health back in a battle against IBS, hypoglycemia, fibromyalgia, chronic migraine, sinus infection and tendonitis. I don't follow a specific diet right now. I eat what my body needs in order to be healthy. This journey has showed me how people want to feel and look better, but the constant bombarding from the latest trends, diets, and pills gets us more confused and hopeless. I realized that my own journey helped me to embrace what healthy eating and living looks like, and I decided to use this information to help others in their own search for good health and better lives.
My approach to health, nutrition, and wellness is based in bio-individuality. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. I specialize in digestive health, blood sugar regulation, weight management, food allergies/intolerance and detoxification.
